When I started my site over 2 years ago I have to admit, I was a newbie when it came to websites and blogs. I wanted to spread my love and joy of travel by sharing my travel experiences.
During the years I`ve learned more about HTML, writing, photography & so much more. Met amazing people in the travel industry, made life long friends and even met someone special.
Talking to other bloggers and people in the industry, they told me I should switch to WordPress, on many occasions! I knew it would be a big job to get all my posts (over 400) transferred. But the time has come and here we are, my new design is a fact and I couldn`t be happier about it!
I feel like standing at an award ceremony, taking in all the lovely comments on Twitter & Facebook and wanting to come on stage and thank you, my readers for getting me this far. Of course I couldn`t have done the redesign without my logo designer, Federico from www.frvbrandesign.com and the guy who made this all go smoother than I thought: @TheAussieNomad.
It`s been a great journey so far and I can`t wait to see what other surprises this year has in store for me! I look forward to sharing more of my travel adventures with all of you.
