When visiting Malta last year, I made a day trip to Gozo. Gozo is the second-largest island after Malta in the Maltese archipelago in the Mediterranean Sea. Compared to Malta, Gozo is more rural and is known for its scenic hills. While exploring the island, I came across this church, the National Shrine of the Blessed Virgin of Ta’ Pinu. The church is a beautiful piece of architecture and definitely worth a visit. (The entrance is free)
