When you put a top 5 of World Most Beautiful Beaches together, of course it’s very personal! Because everybody has a different opinion on this.
I didn’t put together a list of the obvious ones, like Seven Miles Beach in Grand Cayman or the Bahamas. The beaches that offer a little extra caractere besides the white sands or cristal clear water are in this list!
1. Nanuya Lai Lai, Fiji
I discovered this beautiful beach when I made a wonderful 3-day cruise with Blue Lagoon Cruises. BLC purchased a 58-acre plantation on this beautiful island in the Yasawas’. Which makes this an unique part of your cruising experience!
2. Saona, Dominican Republic

This one is picked for the obvious reasons of the white sandy beach and the turqoise water. Together with the Dominican hospitality, this one definitely deserves a spot.
3. Bethany Beach, Delaware (USA)
I just love the laid back feeling I get when I’m here. The long walks you can make, the nice atmosphere the town has to offer.
4. Byron Bay, Australia
Of course, Australia has many lovely beaches! For instance the beaches of the Whitsundays Islands and Airlie Beach, but Byron Bay just had something special. The surfers in the water, the lighthouse, the friendly people … the charming setting of this area makes this one to put in my list!
5. Costa de la Luz, Spain
La Barossa Beach at the Costa de la Luz is the beautiful beach of Chiclana and considered as one of the best of the coast of Cadiz. Which I can totally relate to, because it’s a wide beach that is so peaceful and quiet AND great for long strolls along the seaside.
I’ve seen lots of other beaches that deserve a spot in World Most Beautiful Beaches, but these ones all offer something different than your typical beautiful beach…
