Because I have some trips planned, I thought it would be nice if you could actually follow these trips. I’ll try to write down the things I did: preparations, what I saw or did (together with pictures I took), talk about my own experience in a city or country … Like an actual journal! But instead of writing it down, I’ll be typing it in this online travel journal 🙂

Jordan

I just got my ticket for my next adventure! Following in the foot steps of great adventurers: visiting Petra, flying over the Valley of the Moon: Wadi Rum, floating in the Dead Sea and discovering the delicious Jordanian Cuisine.

French Atlantic Coast

I`m leaving on a trip to France. Poitou-Charentes to be precise! A region in the central western of France at the Bay of Biscay. I`m exploring La Rochelle, Marais Poitevin aka the Green Venice of France and a place described as one of the jewels of the Atlantic Coast, Ile de Ré.

Austria

I was invited to speak in a panel at TBU in Innsbruck, Austria. You can read more about my reflections on TBU or find out why Innsbruck won me over… Just outside Innsbruck, you can find the Mieminger Plateau. I had of course go and investigate what the “Lifestyle in Mieming” meant and what fun things you can do in Mieming in Tirol!

Lanzarote

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the island and if you`re thinking of heading there, these are a few stops worthwhile, a personal Top 5: What to see in Lanzarote?

Uluru, Australia

Probably one of the most inspiring travel experiences I`ve had! Before coming to Australia, I`d heard about Uluru, who hasn`t, but I have to say I was fascinated by all the history and culture I got to learn on my trip to Uluru. Not to mention the gorgeous views I had over the Rock.

Costa Brava, Spain

This was an amazing trip filled with once-in-a-life-time experiences! The Costa Brava with the Girona Flower Festival, gastronomy, adventure and culture! And if you`re looking for a hide-away while enjoying a nice glass of wine, make sure to stop at Celler Martin Faixo.

Asturias, Northern Spain

Asturias Trip at a glance: Oviedo, Centro Niemeyer, the coastline at Playa de Toro and the enchanting Cudillero. Join me on a different train experience, El Transcantabrico Train.

Tuscany Trip

Like a local between Pisa and Lucca, follow me on this lovely Tuscany Trip. Tucked away between olive trees and up a hill in Calci, you can find Nicosia Monastery. And don`t forget to include this jewel in Tuscany: Lucca!

St Albans, UK

I was invited on a blogtrip to St Albans together with 5 other travel bloggers. So, where is St Albans located and what things to do there? We went for a lovely walk in Hertfordshire and because it`s close to London, we did some sightseeing in a unique way.

New York & Long Island

Made this crazy last minute decision to book a flight to NY and visit friends who live at Long Island. Great idea! Besides from spending time with my friends, I spent a day in Central Park, went to a baseball game in New York and enjoyed some Long Island wine tasting!

London

I got the opportunity to spend a long weekend nearby London. Read more about my arrival at St Pancras Intl Station. I stayed at Isham which is an hour train ride away from London. And experienced London in a different way!

Summer Trip to the East USA

Even though this was a relaxing summer vacation (Yes, even travel blogger need a vacation once and a while 😉 I did make some trips that I will post here 🙂

VALENCIA Region

I`m invited to join a blogtrip to Valencia.
See the sights and pictures I took while in Valencia city. This is where I stayed for 2 nights, just outside Valencia at Sha Wellness Clinic. Next up: spending the day in Benidorm. And then we went back to Valencia to experience the Formule 1. Of course you can`t go to Spain without trying their lovely food. Here are some tips on Where to eat in Valencia?

ITALY

On this trip through Italy, I started in Venice. On day 2 I met up with my friends. We rented a car together to drive to Sorrento, but first we made a stop in Bologna. From Sorrento we made a day trip to Capri and drove the Amalfi Coast. Then we drove all the way to the south of Italy, to Satriano in Calabria. And we ended our trip in beautiful Rome!
