What do you get when you have a burner, heated air, a basket and a balloon? A hot air balloon ride. This is a photo of the hot air balloon being prepared just before it would take off in the desert of Jordan. It was my second time in a hot air balloon, but definitely the more spectacular one. Being high up in the air above Wadi Rum gives you stunning views over the Jordan scenery. Nice photo! I had no idea you could take a hot air balloon ride in Jordan! I will have to look into doing that when I head there for my trip to Petra 😀
You sure can and it`s a wonderful experience. Petra is so worth it, don`t forget to visit the Monastery as well! Enjoy!
