A different way of exploring the art district is by Vespa. Yes, you read it right, riding a Vespa in Miami!
The Wynwood Street Art tour takes you on an in-depth and fascinating journey through the Wynwood Arts District. Starting with a 15-minute ride from Miami Beach to the Wyndwood Arts District, where you then make stops along the way to have a closer look at masterpieces of local and internationally known artists.
The Wynwood Art District, once a former garment district, now a neighborhood where the walls are being used as canvases for artists to show off their talent. It sounds a bit like a reversed world, where once graffiti was the thing to keep tourists away in an area, is now the major attraction.

WyndWood Walls
Wyndwood Walls was created by Tony Goldman in 2009. Tony was looking for something big to transform the warehouse district of Wynwood. His words: “Wynwood`s large stock of warehouse buildings, all with no windows, would be my giant canvases to bring to them the greatest street art ever seen in one place.” It is now a hotspot for culture events, a place to go for lunch or attend one of the art walks every second Saturday of the month.

But I have a question: do you need a driver’s licence to drive a Vespa?
Good question, the ones driving all had a driver`s licence. I`m sure if you send the organizers an email they can confirm if it is necessary or not.
